Mr. RK Mitra - Founder & CEO
is a first-generation techno-entrepreneur. He founded Inditron in 2008.
He has over 30+ years of rich experience in the field of Water & Waste-Water Treatment. His journey through the industry is marked by collaborations with top engineering consultants like Engineers India Limited (EIL), MN Dastur & Company, Mecon Ltd., Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE), Fitchtner India & many more, which reflects his dedication and expertise.
He possesses a strong business acumen and exemplary leadership skills. He began his career with Thermax Ltd. as Service Manager and later held several key positions before starting Inditron. R. K. Mitra is an Electrical Engineer from the prestigious Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) and an Advanced Management Graduate from ICFAI Business School.
Rohit Somani (Co-Founder and CFO)
has a varied and rich corporate experience of 25 years across industries like – steel, financial services, BPO, Real estate, hospitality, education, building material and water treatment.
His last assignment was with Prism Johnson Limited where he served as EA to the Managing director and also developed the ceramic membrane business of Prism Johnson.
He is a Metallurgical Engineer from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Cost and Management Accountant and MBA from SjMSoM, IIT Bombay. Besides being a finance expert, he is also an avid marathoner and a good mentor.
Akash Mitra (Director – Sales)
is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with about 5 years of expertise in B2B sales. During his career so far, he was worked with renowned market leaders in the field of construction machinery and packaging.
His diverse technical expertise and experience of dealing with esteemed clientele from different domains helps him to communicate effectively with clients.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he believes in exponential growth as against the linear growth trends in the industry. After work he indulges in regular games of football or badminton, and finds joy in cooking and trying new recipes.
